At the beginning and the
end of the school year, Geography has been holding a BBQ for some
years. The June 6, 2003 BBQ went Hawaiian. The original photo was
taken at a Luau on Maui (Lahaina) September 2002 by Susanna Baumgart,
but the faces on the poster are of professors Sara Fabrikant, Keith
Clarke, and Dan Montello. It seems the spoof posters are favorites!
Art by Susanna Baumgart, with some Photoshop collaboration by Geography
graphics intern Johnnie Garcia. |
